Rates The room rates include double occupancy. Each rate is quoted per night exluding tax. We do offer reduced rates for long term stay. We can provide accommodations for corporate retreats, business travels, and other formal events. A minimum 2 night stay is required. Please direct all inquiries to the Michael at [email protected]. Our policies, rates and fees may vary for special events, holiday periods and group bookings. All reservations are non-transferable.
Check-In and Check-Out We generally advise our guests to arrive between 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals. If you will be checking in beyond this time, please let us know. Check-out is 11:00am. Late checkout may be possible if our housekeeping schedule allows it. These arrangements must be made at check-in or before.
Confirming Your Reservation We do not accept walk-in guests. Last minute reservations (less than 48 prior to planned arrival) must be made by phone or email only. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and cash. Only corporate checks will be accepted. Once a reservation is made, we require the first night’s agreed rate as well as the cleaning fee paid upfront. Upon check-in, the balance of your stay is due.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the fact that we are a small, family-owned enterprise, a last minute cancellation can affect us significantly. The likelihood that we can re-book a room with short notice is significantly low. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy:
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. No-shows are also responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.
Cancellation of (including changes to) a confirmed reservation must be made 10 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 administrative processing fee per room, per night.
Cancellation of (including changes to) a confirmed reservation made 9 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival will only receive a refund if we can re-book the room to other guests, minus a $30.00 administrative processing fee per room, per night. There are no exceptions to this policy including sickness, family emergencies, or weather related issues. Naturally, we will make every effort to re-rent the room and return your deposit.
Alcoholic Beverages A&B Lodgings does not hold a license to sell alcoholic beverages. Guests are allowed to bring their own, but for the safety and comfort all our guests, please drink responsibly. There are many nearby establishments to purchase alcohol as well.
Smoking We do not allow smoking indoors at anytime. If guests are smoking within the house, a minimum fee of $200 will be accessed in order to return the room to the smoke-free status. Damages We anticipate a reasonable amount of wear and tear. However, negligent damages found are the responsibility of the guest. All damages will be assessed and, if significant damage is found, the guest will be charged. Please report all spills and/or damages promptly.
